Progressive Health of PA, Inc

Progressive Health provides an internal nurse case manager to ensure that client medical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Our case manager also work directly with external case managers to provide a direct link once a client enters the program. This enhances communication and allows each case to be managed more effectively.

Our experienced staff will do an initial evaluation in the field (at home or at another facility). This evaluation is designed to make sure that each client's placement is appropriate for our community-based setting. The admissions committee meets every week to promptly review each case. In the event our program doesn't fulfill an applicant's needs, we will make every effort to suggest a more suitable placement.
