Progressive Health, a community-based rehabilitation program established in 1994, is committed to providing quality programs to its clients while treating them with the dignity and respect to which they are entitled.

A staff composed of dedicated, trained professionals specializing in brain injury is the key to our success. Progressive Health is recognized for an outstanding rehabilitation record and favorable outcomes.

From the start, Progressive Health was designed to be small.  An outpatient program serves local residents and makes Progressive Health a full-service program.

Creating a program that is able to improve the quality of life of each client is our priority. By staying small, we believe that we accomplish this every day. Our goal is to enable individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury to function in their most appropriate environment.
